Required Documentation - The documents needed to apply for a housing loan are:
For Greek residents: a. Photocopy of identity card. b. Photocopy of tax return (last 2 years). c. Photocopy of last tax declaration. d. Photocopy of E9 form from the tax office.
For employees:
a. Photocopy of last year earnings declaration from your employer.
For self employed:
a. Photocopy of E3 form from the tax office.
For overseas residents 2:
a. Photocopy of passport. b. Tax number (AFM) 3. c. Photocopy of last 2 years tax return and/or P60 as proof of income. d. Full tax declaration. e. A letter from your bank stating your full credit status.
N.B. 1. Overseas residents who have not filed a tax declaration in Greece will need an accountant, which we can help you with. Please note that before the transfer of monies, all bank charges must be paid (see questions and answers for more details). 2. All the above mentioned documents must be authenticated by the Greek Consulate in your country or through a Greek lawyer and must carry the official Apostille seal. 3.
